West of Australia, is a beautiful Desert Destination called The Pinnacles. Located in the Town of Cerventeswithin Nambung National Park, are lime stone formations. The area was rich in marine life in an unknown period. The Lime stones of the Pinnacles happened from the sea shells that were broken down into lime-rich sands and were blown inland to form tall mobile dunes.

It was only after dismissing the area to Nambung National Park in 1960s the existence of Pinnacle was known to Australians itself. Now this desert destination is visited by 25million people annually.

The best time to visit The Pinnacles is from august to October, when the desert flowers bloom for spring. It’s an abode of nocturnal animals, even then emus and kangaroos can be seen during the day.
